●400 g. of beef eye fillet
●Sesame seeds
●Lemon cut into wedges
●6 skewers
Ingredients for Marinade
●2 tbsp of dry sherry
●2 tbsp of keycap main
●2 tbsp of minced garlic
●3 garlic cloves, crushed
●1 tbsp of oyster sauce
●2 tsp malt vinegar
●1 tsp sesame oil

Directions
1.Put all marinade ingredients into a bowl and combine. Dice the beef into toddler like sized pieces and add these pieces to the marinade. Marinade for a couple of hours minimum and or if preferable overnight in the refrigerator.

Keep an eye on them as they won’t take too long to cook through. Serve them up sprinkled with sesame seeds and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
